Hello! My name is Janessa Connor and I teach grade 4 at Eastbrook Elementary School in Brooks. I am going into my 18th year of teaching and I have previously taught grade 3 and 7-9 Science, Math and Computers. Others have complimented me on being a creative teacher who encourages students to think outside the box. I believe in teaching my students to be independent thinkers, problem solvers and empathetic citizens and love incorporating technology to ignite my students’ imaginations! I love learning about technology and how I can inspire my colleagues and students to see its value in their everyday lives. My interests are in Educational Technology, Blended Learning, and trying new things!
