Turn any paper assessment into a web-based form using Google Forms! You can collect observational data on your students by speaking into your smartphone! Data is stored in a spreadsheet and using the docAppender add-on to Google Forms, individual student data can be recorded in individual Doc files which can be used to easily retrieve student information for assessment information and meetings.
