As an administrator in a K-12 school, Iniyal is passionate about creating collaborative learning environments where technology can be used innovatively to differentiate instruction to suit the needs of diverse learners. During her time as a Digital Lead Learner and Mentor within the TDSB (#tdsbdll), Iniyal created multiple opportunities for educators and students to learn about and facilitate effective integration of technology. She continues to learn and share how technology can support staff and students in meaningful and transformative ways by participating in a variety of conferences.
