In this session, we will spend time exploring some of the many ways in which we can be creative with Chromebooks. These devices open up so much space for students to share their thinking and learning in new ways. Some of the examples to be shared, demonstrated, and discussed include music, art, video game design, coding, 3D design, the maker movement, etc. This is the new and improved “free time!” All of these tools and resources can be accessed with Chromebooks, many of them integrate directly with G Suite, and every single thing students create is shared through Google Drive in just one click. This session isn’t just for art and music teachers! It’s for anyone who would like to see what Chromebooks can really do. It’s for anyone who would like to see their students have more choice in how they share their learning. It’s for you!
