Description
Google Classroom is a way to streamline your classroom to become paperless and also your ability to differentiate your lessons, assessments seamlessly. It utilizes the power of Drive and G-Suite to save time, integrate technology and improves student experience that incorporates digital and language literacy and the 4 C’s. Since it is student-centered, this brings in choice and voice into your classroom. Students have opportunities to learn 21st century skills mixed in with content standards⎯all while having fun and providing data for the classroom teacher. In this session, participants will learn how to create and explore Google Classroom including how to add assessments, quizzes and announcements and using the G Suite of apps: Docs, Forms, Sites, Drawings, YouTube, etc. In turn, participants can transfer knowledge for student created digital projects that demonstrate learning. Participants are encouraged to bring laptops as you will be working on creating a product of your own.
