Kris Hodgson is the Chair of the School of Media and Design as well as an instructor in the Digital Communications and Media program at Lethbridge College. He has been a writer and photographer for various publications across western Canada for the last 16 years. The completion of work on his master’s degree in Virtual Reality/360-degree journalism (2017) from the University of Alberta in the Communication and Technology program (MACT) kick-started applied research opportunities at Lethbridge College in the fall of 2017. Pending government approval, Lethbridge College is about to launch a Virtual Reality certificate program starting in September 2019.
