In 2011 Penny was inducted into the cult of Google becoming a Google Certified Innovator. In 2014 she launched the first Google Educators Group event in Adelaide and was leader from 2014 - 2017. Previous roles have included the Coordinator of Digital Learning at the ASMS and casual academic at Flinders University creating learning experiences for pre-service teachers in the ICT and Numeracy topic. Currently she is the Impact Coach at Mount Barker High School. A teacher of Physics, Biology and Psychology, Penny is a current member of the SACE Physics and Biology Curriculum Leaders Groups.
