After spending almost 20 years as both a music educator and technology coordinator, Mark Hammons left these roles to help start Breakout EDU, the immersive learning games platform in March of 2015. As a Co-Founder at Breakout EDU, Mark now works to make classrooms a fun and engaging learning ecosystem. Mark holds an M.A. in Educational Technology specializing in mobile learning and instructional design and is recognized by technology companies such as Apple & Google for his international work in Educational Technology.
