As an experienced and creative teacher and leader, I strive to create a level playing field for all students. I leverage digital technology to provide access for students and creating purposeful, meaningful learning opportunities on a ubiquitous platform. As a former acting principal, senior teacher and now in-school lead teacher, I enjoy supporting the growth of others and developing their reflective teaching and learning skills.

A passionate and dedicated educator working across the Auckland region and nationally. Much of my time is spent supporting leaders implement and use digital technologies effectively. More recently I have specialised in leadership growth and development as well as digital virtual mentoring. I truly believe that the most effective change comes from within and work tirelessly to support middle leader growth and change leadership strategies.
