Creating films is a fantastic way for students to unleash their creativity and express their ideas through storytelling. Stop motion animation combines multiple photos in quick succession to suggest movement. This session will feature an opportunity for hands-on exploration of stop motion animation and practical tips to take your learning back into your classroom with your students. With the Stop Motion Studio app, we’ll use drawings, paper and objects to create animations that will surely rival Lego and Wallace & Gromit films. We’ll move from planning your film to production mode to polishing our films in post-production and finally into celebrating our creations with our own mini film festival.
