Elmari is the training manager at ITSI, an EdTech company, who believes in enhancing teaching and learning by using researched approaches. Her love for innovation and creativity in education stems from a desire to engage learners regardless of their skill level or prior knowledge. She spent just under 4 years teaching mathematics and then decided to move into a teacher training space that would inspire and empower educators.
