During this interactive workshop, participants will explore the create comics for sharing their reflections via Google Slides. Participants will: 1) Explore how using Google Slides to create create comics improves comprehension 2.) Connect with students, using a language they love--Bitmojis and emojis, to create a digital visualization of their thinking 3) Use the Loom extension to make our comic strip come alive 4) Explore how students might use comics to show their understanding within many content areas: math, science, ELA, writing, social emotional learning, character traits, etc. Let’s speak the students’ language using Google Slides to and allow them to share their thinking in a fun, inviting way. Join this workshop session to explore how students AND staff create Living Comics to share their reflections and make their thinking visible.
