Amanda is a 6th Grade history teacher and team leader at North Broward Preparatory School In Coconut Creek, Florida. She holds an undergate degree in elementary education (1-6) with a Masters Degree in Curriculum and Instruction. In addition to her degrees, Amanda holds certifications in Gifted, ESOL and Clinical Educator training.

Amanda helps students make connections from the past in order to better inform the future. History “comes alive” through the use of collaboration, problem solving, critical thinking, hands-on activities and technology.
