Lester is a Grade 7 Natural Science teacher at St Stithians Boys' Prep. In addition, he is Deputy Head responsible for curriculum and innovation. Lester is involved in the current cohort of action researchers with the International Boys' Schools Coalition. His study aimed to measure if inquiry based learning could foster curiosity in boys. In his spare time, Lester enjoys long distance running, the good old South African braai and reading.
