Badges can help students envision a pathway for gaining new skills, and provide clear, measurable steps for them to follow. Badges also make it easy for students’ skills and abilities to be shared, which is empowering and fosters agency. This session will explore a workflow for adding Badges to a unit using Google Tools. More specifically, it will look at how to use the Digital Badges Google Sheets Add-On with Google Sites, Docs, Classroom and Keep to set up, deliver, and monitor a Badged unit.
