Luke is Head of Music in the High School of St Joseph's International School Malaysia and oversees the Instrumental Music Programme too. He has a particular interest in developing the self-efficacy and intrinsic motivation of students, promoting inclusive classroom environments, enabling every student to reach their potential and exceed their own expectations.
He seeks to find ways to use technology to increase student motivation, to decrease student stress/fear in the classroom, and improve workflow and enable development of timely multimodal feedback to students and parents.
