This session will look at the effective strategies for leading change in a school environment, and the all-important ‘quick wins’ that you as a leader can use towards developing an ICT savvy culture. Resources and ideas will be shared that draws upon the work of Fullan, Hargreaves, Sheninger and Claxton; and first hand examples from Anthony’s own school community.
