Room 101 - Take a moment to create mindfulness. Many of us need guidance in creating a game plan to fight distraction, regain focus, reflect, and become more self-aware. Join us after the keynotes to learn about some tech-based and tech-free resources geared towards helping your students become more mindful in and out of school. After lunch, stop by again to learn about strategies to use for yourself as a teacher. Sessions will be repeated on Saturday and Sunday.
