Steve Asper is the Technology Support Manager for White Bear Lake Area Schools. In that role, he strives to implement best practice and a focus on the 4 C’s for technology use with students and teachers.
Steve taught third grade at L’Etoile du Nord French Immersion School and has taught both Norwegian and French for over 25 years at Concordia Language Villages. He is a Google Certified Educator anvd Admin. His passions for Education, Technology and Languages serve him well in his role as Chief Information Officer for Kozefò, a small nonprofit organization that serves A New Arrival Center Primary School in Port-au-Prince, Haiti. Steve is also a co-founder of Konekte Haiti, an organization driving tech integration in schools across Haiti.
