Nicholas is a special education teacher at Lakes Community High School. He has several years of experience working with staff in both one-on-one and group settings to build their pedagogy of technology and assist them in the integration of technology in their classrooms. Some of these topics include: G Suite Apps for Education, project based learning, differentiated instruction and creating personalized lesson plans. Nicholas is knowledgeable in using technology to collect and analyze data to drive student learning through classroom instruction or on an individual basis. He has a passion for collaborating with and supporting/mentoring teachers, students, administrators and all staff to encourage them on working smarter and not harder. Nicholas is a Google Certified Trainer and Innovator. Nicholas was hired to work part-time through Addeco for Google on aligning state standards to Google’s Applied Digital Skills Curriculum. He has teaching experience in the middle and high school settings.
