Gail Tate is a Robot Maker, STEAM curriculum consultant, Certified Trainer, and passionate about building diversity in technology. She stands behind Albert Einstein’s words….”Logic will get you from A to B. Imagination will take you everywhere.”

She has been hosting professional development for the last six years and has hosted workshops at Georgia Tech STEAM Leadership conferences (CEISMC), KSU iTeach, Augusta University, High Museums’ Educator Conference, GaETC, RESA and AETC. In addition, Gail has directly empowered students at STEAM events at Georgia Tech’s CEISMC tech programs, Atlanta Public Schools, Newton, Fulton County Schools, Microsoft, Jack & Jill of America, M.R. Hollis Academy and the High Museum. Her work continues to expand gender equality in technology at STEAM Robotic Summer Programs and Girl Scout’s STEM Conferences.

Gail has also hosted Robotic Makerspace events that empower innovation at the Annual Meeting of the New Champions/Dalian, China and Salesforce’s Dreamforce/San Francisco, California.

Ms. Tate’s holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from the University of Buffalo and multiple training certifications including Technology Specialist. Her background also includes over twenty-five years as a project engineer and technology sales representative to Fortune 500 companies.

Based in Atlanta, Georgia, Gail travels throughout the USA hosting professional development and robotic makerspace events. Her mission is to provide 'experiential events' that are creative, inventive and expansive. When she isn't making robots, she enjoys long walks with her family, photography and oil painting.
