Katrina Stanfield is currently an Assistant Principal at Newton High School in Covington, Georgia where she has served for the past two years. Previously, she was an Educational Technology Specialist for Newton County School System and Atlanta Public School System. She was also a high school mathematics teacher for 8 years. Katrina earned her Masters in Mathematics Education from and Educational Leadership certification from Georgia State University. Katrina is a Google Certified Trainer, and Level 1 and Level 2 Google Certified Educator. She is also a BrainPop Certified Educator, Microsoft Innovative Educator, and an Alpha Squirrel Ambassador. Most recently, Katrina had the honor of being selected and participated in the Our Voice Academy Cohort 2 through EdTech Team.
