Description
Kaizen (change for the better) and Hansei (relentless self-reflection) are eastern concepts that have driven more than 75 years of innovation both here and in Japan. Today, these concepts are beginning to shape our classrooms into entrepreneurial hubs of innovation. This hands-on session will have educators engaging in a classroom-ready problem solving activity and learning some strategies to help students conduct meaningful introspection and grow as learners. Attendees will also see some amazing student innovations created at the Moonshot Laboratory in Hawaii using these strategies.
