Level 1 Google Certified Educator Online Cohort

You are invited to join us in our online cohort to explore the core features of G Suite to increase professional learning and leadership, create efficiency in the classroom, and inspire student learning and creativity.
This course will contribute to 15 hours of learning over a 3 week period.
This online course is taught using Google Classroom and will prepare you to complete the Level 1 Google Certified Educator exam. Each cohort will be expertly guided by a Google Certified Trainer.
Segments of the course include:
- Chrome browser and search techniques
- Google apps including Classroom, Drive, Docs, Slides, Spreadsheets, Forms, Calendar, Sites, and Groups, Gmail, Hangouts, YouTube
- Copyright, Fair Use, Digital Citizenship, and PLN
In addition to the tools, participants are exposed to critical student skill sets necessary for learning in an online environment.
Participation in this cohort includes a voucher for the Level 1 exam.
Completing the Level 1 Google Certified Educator Online Cohort AND the Google Certified Educator exam will contribute 15 hours of NESA Registered PD addressing 2.6.2 from the Australian Professional Standards for Teachers towards maintaining Proficient Teacher Accreditation in NSW.
