I am a STEAM/ PBL Instructional Coach in Santa Clara Unified School District. I am passionate about sharing ideas of integrating STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math) and Project Based Learning into lesson designs. It is very exciting work.

This will be my eleventh year teaching and fourth year coaching. I have always been a tech nerd but I learned early in my teaching career that I love using technology in the classroom. Thus encouraging me to pursue and complete a Master's program in Educational Technology. Over the last few years, I’ve evolved my teaching to emphasize the pedagogical approach of being a facilitator of student learning. I give teachers and students many different methods of demonstrating their understanding through untraditional means; creation over regurgitation. My expertise and passion combine to inspire educators to design and develop instruction that build their professional and creative confidence.
