He is From Bogotá-Colombia, in the north-west corner of South America. Has been teaching in the United States since 2008, and in Spanish Immersion since 2012. He holds a BA in Business Administration from Los Andes University in Colombia. Studied his career switcher program in Virginia and obtained his teaching license in 2007. He completed his Master in Teaching English as a Second Language in 2015, and his Master in Teaching Spanish as a Second Language in 2017. He is the technology integration coach at his school. He has secured several grants to expand the technology available in his classroom and for his school. During summer he dedicates to woodworking and developing new skills for teaching.
