Name
Leadership in the Loop: Taking Your Campus to the Next Level with Digital Tools
Date & Time
Wednesday, June 6, 2018, 1:45 PM - 3:15 PM
Description
Do you have good intentions to demonstrate the use of technology as the instructional leader of your campus, but get lost in how to get started? Do you want to go paperless with campus documents, but struggle to find the most efficient way to organize and share documents with your staff? Do you want to have all campus information at your fingertips without having to open up multiple documents? Well if you answered "yes" to any of these questions, this is the training for you. I will share how my campus has used Google Slides, Hyperdocs, and Google Drive to create a campus information page that houses all documents and data, yet maintains confidentiality and appropriate access for all staff members. Information housed on our campus page includes lesson plans, teacher and student data, schedules, campus forms, PD and instructional resources, safety plans, PBIS documents, district information, and much, much more! The beauty of the page is that all staff have access to needed information in 1 location! You will leave my session with ideas for your page, step by step instructions for setting up and sharing documents, and a template to get started. You can jump into the digital age, and it can be simple!
