Description
The focus of this session will be on the Free Inquiry stage where student agency in inquiry is at its highest. Mr. MacKenzie will share his Inquiry Proposal framework where students in his classes plan and pitch their Free Inquiry unit. Helping students plan their unit using the tenets of Understanding by Design, tracking and keeping workflow organized and at your fingertips, and sharing learning with an authentic audience will be presented. Many student examples will be shared throughout the workshop as well as resources for teacher use. During this workshop, we will focus on the using Google Drive to save, share, edit and collaborate on inquiry projects.
