Conny Mattimore is the Deputy Principal at Rooty Hill High School in western Sydney. She is responsible for the implementation of the personalised learning program which aims to deliver purpose through the development and implementation of high quality universal, targeted and intensive personalised learning programs that give each student the opportunity to do his or her best in making a successful transition to 21st C life and work. In 2016, Conny was awarded the NSWSDPA Academy Fellowship Award for her leadership in personalised learning.
