Description
Meeting the needs of all learners is not simply for students but also true for the needs of adult learners. Participants in this session will learn how to implement individualized personalized professional learning plans for each teacher they support and use tools to allow educators to become participants in their professional growth. We will explore GAFE tools that assist with documentation, exploration, and implementation of learning along with other tools that assist teachers who truly want to grow in their craft. Teacher leaders will walk away with tools to assist them in meeting the needs of all teachers they support.
