Maggie Catchick-Houghton has been teaching high school English and French for over 25 years in both Michigan and now Virginia. She has a master's in Humanities and because she specializes in creative writing, British Literature, Shakespeare and foreign languages, she is always looking for new ways to capture the students' interest and engage them in learning. As a fan of Dungeons and Dragons, mythology and all things Harry Potter, bringing Classcraft into her classroom was a perfect fit! In her spare time, Maggie is a freelance writer who loves reading of every genre and travel.
