Established in 2014 the GEGNZ Community has grown to over 1000+ members connecting and collaborating across New Zealand. In this session GEGNZ leaders and Google Certified Teachers will support participants to - Learn. Share. Inspire. Empower. Learn how you can participate and contribute to the GEGNZ Community and future events. Including Google Hangouts on Air, organising and hosting your own Hangout or face to face event. Plus be inspired by NZ educators who will share how they are harnessing digital technologies to design innovative learning opportunities for students. GEGNZ will also be launching an exciting event later in 2015, the first annual NZ Student Summit Featuring Google for Education. The NZ Student Summit is a one-day action packed event focusing on creative and collaborative use of digital technologies to promote innovation and learning.
