King's Christian College
 
King's Christian College is one of the biggest Christian schools in Australia, and one of the biggest Independent schools in Queensland.

Across its nearly 40 years, King's has proudly led the way in thinking outside the traditional education box - from being the first Gold Coast school to introduce a one-to-one device program, to being one of the first Queensland schools to introduce Project Based Learning, to a range of other innovations, King's has always been quick to source and assimilate the latest thinking in education from around Australia and, indeed the world.
This expanding, non-denominational Christian School, currently consists of two (soon to be three) dynamic campuses:

REEDY CREEK CAMPUS
On the southern end of Gold Coast, houses over 2000 students from Early Learning through to Year 12, including a Trade Training College. As a result of master planned building program, students and staff enjoy excellent facilities, with a state-of-the-art Prep Centre, Early Learning Centre, Sports Centre, auditorium, Industrial Design and Technology Centre, innovative classrooms designed for project-based learning and specialist areas.
 
Travel Information
Famed for its long sandy beaches, surfing spots and elaborate system of inland canals and waterways. It’s also home to theme parks such as Dreamworld, Sea World, MovieWorld and Wet’n’Wild. Inland, hiking trails crisscross Lamington National Park’s mountain ridges and valleys, home to rare birds and rainforest. to the northwest you are within striking distance of the famed Tamborine Mountain.

Air Travel

Fly direct to Coolangatta (Gold Coast) Airport (a short 20 minute drive to the King's Reedy Creek Campus.

Alternately, you could fly into Brisbane Airport and catch the Air Train direct from the airport to Varsity Lakes Train Station, a 5-minute car trip to the King's Reedy Creek Campus. Or hire a car and drive straight down the M1 Highway to the College Campus.

Driving and Parking Information

The Gold Coast has a range of public transport options include heavy and light rail, plus a comprehensive bus system that services various parts of the city and easily connects travellers with Brisbane and the wider South-East Queensland area. From Brisbane, take the M1 Pacific Highway south to the Gold Coast. King's sits adjacent to the Highway, between exits 82 and 84. Take either exit and follow Gemvale Road to the Campus.

Ample onsite parking is available across the various onsite carparks.
