New Technology High School, founded in 1996, is the flagship school of the New Tech Network, which now has over 108 schools across the United States and in Australia. New Technology High School provides a 21st century learning environment based on their core values of trust, respect, responsibility, and professionalism. Their school is focused around three core principles: culture that empowers, teaching that engages, and technology that enables. Students work in a one-to-one laptop-computing environment that centers on project-based fostering positive student relationships that personalize the learning environment for the individual students and promotes success for all. Through its Center for Excellence, New Technology High School provides study tour and three to five day training programs to over 1,000 national and international visitors each year.
