The Ash Grove School District, founded in 1880, has a rich history within the establishment of the city of Ash Grove. AGSD is a Google For Education Reference School and we are 1:1 (Chromebooks 2nd-12th Grade, iPads K-2) with the goal of creating a 21st century learning environment for our students. The town of Ash Grove is a community of approximately 1,500 people located fifteen miles northwest of Springfield, MO.
Our district also includes the northwestern part of Greene County, and many of our students families work in Springfield. We are conveniently located between Stockton and Table Rock Lakes, minutes from the many activities of the city of Springfield, and we are within 2 1/2 hours of Kansas City, 3 1/2 hours of St. Louis, and an hour from Branson.
